Oil Stripper
KMEC's new oil stripper combines the functions of the stripper and crude oil tank for the solvent extraction plant. The unique spherical baffle plate allows the oil to flow uniformly. Steam is able to thoroughly penetrate the oil via direct contact. Vapor is applied consistently to avoid patches of residual solvent and volitility is reduced considerably. The trays of the stripping tower are connected by flanges, thus both maintenance and cleaning are convenient. KMEC's design allows for convenient operation and reliability.
