Our soya oil mills are advanced oil press machines, which are mostly composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrial control and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum with sight glass. The oil sight glass can help user to control the speed of oil clearing process.

Soybean oil is an edible oil with a light and clean flavor that is commonly used for cooking. The oil is 60% polyunsaturated fat and 24% monounsaturated fat, according to the National Soybean Research Laboratory, making it a heart healthy oil.

Our soya oil mills are of high performance, they can get sweet smell oil. These soya oil mills are made by alloy steel by carburization.

Soya Oil Mills Operation

• Ready the seeds
• Adjusting the machine, such as, electricity, heating (if you cold pressing, do not need open heating)
• Open the machine, putting seeds into the feeder,
• Seed into the screw bolt , beginning of pressing.
• The crude oil is out of the squeezing bolt, then flowing into the board,
• Then into the vacuum filter, using it for filtration
• After filtration, the oil is out of the bottom of pipe.
• Finish.
